Vision/Purpose

4Front is committed to becoming the first choice solution provider for Financial Control, delivering quality and value in partnership with our clients within budget and in a timely fashion. We achieve this by drawing on our experience, in conjunction with industry standard methodologies and through the re-use of core products and technologies.

Management Team

Tim Hurditch:

Tim started his career in the oil and gas industry before moving to the financial sector, where he spent several years in the head office of one of the large retail banks. From there he moved to a small consultancy, where he worked across a number of different sectors as a managing consultant. Before co-founding 4Front, he spent a further five years working around the financial sector, specializing in financial and product control.

Marcus Thomas:

Marcus was a founder member of two other successful technology companies, prior to 4Front, bringing over twenty years of IT consultancy experience to the team. Initially specializing in the Telecommunications industry, he went on to work for a variety of Blue Chip and government bodies, before settling within the Finance Industry. He has now worked in Finance for nearly fifteen years.

Gordon Chladek:

After an initial career in communications development, network design and consultancy, Gordon has founded companies to develop corporate solutions for clients such as Merrill Lynch, Deutsche Bank, RBS and BP utilizing leading edge technologies. This has led from the world of New Media and the Internet in 1993, through the emergence of the World Wide Web and XML and on to today’s developments in .Net and Web Services. A focus on Product Control solutions led him to co-found 4Front in 2000.
